[ECOS] Multicast support for i82559 Driver

Hello,

We have taken the latest sources from FreeBSD 4.6 and ported the same
onto eCos. The IPV4 stack is up and running. But the V6 stack is having
problems. When set into promiscous mode, the ping6 is working. But when
it is removed it is not responding. 

Basically, when I print the statistics from the Console window, there is
no increment for Rx count at all.

Kindly advise as to what I am missing.
