[ECOS] Version of binutils to use with gcc-2.95.*

Hello

I learn from the eCos mailing list, that gcc-2.95.* is the newest supported
release for eCos for arm-elf.

Question: Should I still use binutils-2.10.1 or can I use newer versions for
binutils?
Which version is recommend?
