[ECOS] warning: no memory region specified ...

I am the one who has to write this file and put it into the support directory. 
Which values where would affect this behavior?

By the way, when I do an

    ecosconfig new ipaq redboot
    ecosconfig import 
../packages/hal/arm/sa11x0/ipaq/current/misc/redboot_RAM.ecm
    ecosconfig tree
    make

I get this errors, too.
