[ECOS] KS32C5000 ethernet driver endianess

As pointed out by Neil Hibberd, the KS32C5000 ethernet driver is writtten
for big-enian mode.  The changes for little-endian mode are simple, but only
needed for targets running in little-endian mode.

Should I update the driver in such a way that the changes are only made when
CYGINT_HAL_ARM_BIGENDIAN is set to 0?
