[ECOS] Ecos in EB55..for help

Hello everyone:
I am doing the ecos on eb55 board.
So I just wonder that if you can give me some support.
I am doing in the windows, but I cannot locate the build tool.
Seems that i didn;t have the gnu pro that gcc complier!
so anyone can tell me where could I get it?

and anyone already have done somethign in eb55??
can  you share something in changing the patch??
