[ECOS] ecos configuration and install directory

After configuring ecos using the 'ecosconfig' command, what directories
should be generated under the install directory ?  I have finished the build
after the 'make' command and have the directories include and lib under
install directory.  Is this complete ?  What file/s should be loaded in the
target after compiling ?   Is that the libtarget.a ?
