[ECOS] port ecos sh7709s custom board

Hi, I have ported eCos on my custom sh7709s board. 
It has 1MB flash, and 32MB RAM. 

I modified se77x9 sources and compiled with 'redboot' template and wrote
bin file in flash ROM. When my board boots up, it didn't execute
$cyg_var_enable_caches. 

I guess that my board does not intialize stack and bss. 
How do I solve this problem? 
And what are the possible problems? 
please, help me...
