[ECOS] CVS Docs - PDF problem

I've been playing around the doc/sgml directory and after patching
pkgconf/rules.doc managed to get the manual and user-guide somehow
build. The  tutorial crashes the TEX.

However I uploaded the two resulting PDF-s to <http://www.vsr.si/ecos>
where You can take a look.
