[ECOS] 82559 Self Test failure

I've occasionally seen this problem when there have been conflicts between
the eCos HAL and the PC BIOS. Is this the IQ803010 board? Is it in a PC? I
recently (this past Monday) checked in a fix for this problem on a SuperMicro
motherboard.
