I tried only from the first partiton of a DoC and a first partition of
IDE hard-drive. Since the code uses BIOS C disk device, it should
theoretically boot from all BIOS supported disk or disk-like devices. So
if You have a CompactFlash it must be bios supported I.E. mapped as BIOS
C disk.
