[ECOS] stdin/stdout configuration

I've got an iq80321 board with a serial port and an ethernet port.

I'm using the ethernet port for debugging with gdb. I want the serial
port to be stdin/stdout. However, the default setup is connecting
stdout to the gdb ethernet port, and I am seeing printf() output
there instead of on the serial port.

What do I have to configure to change this behavior, so that printf's
go to the serial port and gdb uses the ethernet port?
