[ECOS] ARM7 port

There's quite a few ARM7 ports. Perhaps a bit more info about the specific 
part, like if it's actually something like a ARM720T, whether it has an 
MMU, etc.

But if you want a quick answer, the e7t port is a pretty clean port to 
start from.
