Of course you can - it's software. But no-one has done it *yet* :-).
Actually that's not quite true (see
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/ecos-discuss/2001-03/msg00398.html for
example) but it certainly isn't supported "out of the box".

RedBoot has its own drivers. See packages/redboot/current/src/fs/*.c
