[ECOS] cygpcre.dll

I updated the Cygwin tools with the latest "setup.exe" and eCos through
cvs today.
Also, I installed the latest "configtool-2.08-setup.exe". 
But when I run the new "eCos Config Tool" it complains - cannot find the
"cygpcre.dll".

Where is that dll ?
