[ECOS] About eCos for E7T

Hi, there,

In http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/hardware.html, I found ARM Evaluator-7T
board is supported.

I downloaded eCos131.exe and configtool-2.08-setup.exe, both of which are
for Windows, and run them.
I cannot found ARM E7T in Build->Templates.
The installation directory of eCos131 is C:\Program Files\Red Hat\eCos, and
the installation directory of configtool-2.08 is C:\Program Files\Red
Hat\eCos Configuration Tool.

Did I make any mistake? Did I miss some files? Or, should I build the eCos
Config Tool with source code?
