[ECOS] Memory layout for ram and flash

Hi,
My problem is for define the layout in the two file .ldi and .h, the memory
map of my board is

1.-  SRAM from 0 to 0x7FFFF
2.-  Internal RAM 0x200000 to 0x200FFF
3.-  Flash from 0x820000 to 0x83FFFF
4.-  SRAM from 0x1000000 to 0x107FFFF
5.-  DRAM from 0x2000000 to 0x3FFFFFF

any can help me to construct the two layout file, .ldi and .h and how make
for use the flash section
with the redboot fis tools ?
