[ECOS] linking Redboot

    Hi,

        I am trying to rebuild reboot code for e7t.
        But, I want to download the code to RAM
        location. i.e 0xc000 onwards.

        How can I ensure that, the redboot binary is statically
        linked for, executing RAM location 0xc000
