[ECOS] Problem while trying to add the lwip.epk to the ecos repository.

Because of gnuzip is actually symbolic link of gzip instead of executable
file.
Removing gunzip and copy gzip.exe as gnuzip.exe in Cygwin binaries will
solve this issue.
