[ECOS] Error while adding package to ecos. ( can't excute gunzip) help needed!

while I am trying to add a package to ecos. I met this error message whenver
I try to add a *.epk file by using ecos configuration tool (GUI). can't
excute gunzip.   how should I set it? ecosconfig 1.3.net. win2000.
