[ECOS] Indtall RDI 1.5.1 of multi-ice

Hi Dorau,

That happens when I did the following instructions.

If you want to build all of GDB as well, at this point type: 

  bash-2.04$ make -w all install 2>&1 | tee make.out
===========================================

No varialble to identify the path.
