[ECOS] Question about insight 5.2 and Wiggler

Go to www.macraigor.com and get the Wiggler enabled version of InSight.  The
target selection menu still does not have the Wiggler as an option.  The
Wiggler is selected by the initialization file that comes with the Wiggler
enabled InSight.
