[ECOS] ecos ping 50% packet loss solved temporarily -- thanks to ecos-discuss

Hi all

I am very thankful to Gary Thomas,N suresh (C-DOT) , George sosnowski and
the ecos-discuss list maintainers.

The ecos ping problem :
50 % packet loss was there. I selected 2 buffers for i/p and o/p and it was
solved. If I increase the buffer size for more than 2 it results in 50%
packet loss.

The packet are sent out only when wrap bit is set ????
I will discuss this again.

Currently I am in process of porting redboot to powerpc any suggesstions are
welcomed..
