[ECOS] Question about the data item meaning in Real-time characterization table. Ave, Min? under Confidence Thanks

Hi all:
     I am quite confused about the meaning of the data item in the Appendix
1(Real time characterization table) in Getting started with ecos manual.
What is the meaning the of the fifth item and sixth item:  "Ave"?  "Min"?
under the Confidence
