[ECOS] Re: device shutdown

     In eCos,  only support device lookup which equal to 'open', but no
 shutdown function, I have implement device switch on/off(switch on in
 cyg_io_lookup and switch off in cyg_io_shutdown), this will cut down power
 consume.
 
 Will it be admitted to eCos?
