[ECOS] compiling glib for ecos?

Work out what is system dependent and configure it for eCos ;-). For the
thread stuff, you can use eCos's POSIX package.

You probably won't be able to use their configure script beacuse it doesn't
_appear_ to be able to work properly with cross-compiled systems (although
I might be wrong). You'll probably have to go over the files listed in the
AC_OUTPUT macro in configure.in yourself (although some like glib.spec and
the documentation is less important in this respect) - OR fix up
configure.in so that it does do something sane with cross compiled systems.

It may be easiest to integrate it as a proper package in the eCos source
tree, so that it can manipulate and depend on configuration data.

Or, of course, you could just try it all and just see what breaks!

And if you do complete the port, please let us know so the rest of the
community can benefit!
