[ECOS] skynet FTP site downtime...

The skynet FTP site is down at the moment due to the PSU in the firewall
taking exception to being moved, and the FTP server RAID array deciding it
didn't like me either ... never clean up a messy server room when
everything works :-)

Hopefully will be sorted out tomorrow (GMT)...
