[ECOS] Building Library

Hi,

I am slightly confused, the README file says that for building the
configuration tool under Linux, it needs wxWindows. And for getting to build
the eCos libraries, further down in the README file, it says that the path
to the wxWindows directory needs to be given etc.

Please clarify as to way i need to proceed for building the eCos library.
