[ECOS] Building Library

Hi,

Thankyou for the reply.

In my previous attempt i was trying to build the library through the GUI and
not from the command line. I will try to go through the command line option,
because after reading the README, there are couple of dependencies like tcl
and wxWindows that needs to be installed.

I shall update once I finish doing with that options.
