[ECOS] download srec file to redboot problem

I am trying to download a srec file from win2k to redboot target i386 PC 
with hyperterminal.
In redboot target I used:
load -v -m YMODEM 

In hyperterminal I setup as:
38400 baud, 8 data bit, no parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control.

The redboot side timed out; the hyperterminal prompt with "no response from 
remote system". 

I can use the same connection for GDB to download *.exe file and run.

Any body has the same problem?
