[ECOS] build library (eCos configuration tool)

Hi all.
    I am new to eCos.
    When I use eCos Configuration Tool (ver.2.11) to build library
    Some error messages were showed..
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------
    make -j1 --directory "/ecos-c/ecos_build"
    make:Error --Option -c failed to change directory to "tory": ¨t²Î§ä¤£¨ì
ÀÉ®×(in English:system can't find the designated file)

    Well.I have another problem. When I Run Tests , it showed
    "snds is not a recognized platform - do you wish to add it?" I click
"YES".
    Then it pop up a "New Platform" box , but there is nothing in the
"Command prefix" pull down menu.
    I don't know how to fill in the blanks.
    Can anyone help me to solve the problems?

    Ps.I use the "Samsung SNDS" template.
