[ECOS] HAL_DCACHE_xxx macros in mpc8xx HAL

hi,

most of the HAL_DCACHE_xxxx( _base_, _size_ )
macros in the mpc8xx HAL are only working properly
provided that the given address _base_ is aligned
to a cache line.

Is this intended behaviour?
If not i volunteer for a patch.
