The eCos support companies known to me are:
- Mind
- Navosha
- eCosCentric (already announced itself individually)

We at Mind have just ported eCos and Red Boot to a pxa250 board for a 
major European company and we could help with that port or other ports 
of XScale architectures (the port of eCos to pxa250 is _not_ trivial).
