[ECOS] Building cross tools for sh-elf

Hello from Gregg C Levine
I normally run Slackware Linux for Intel. And I have the source code for the
entire distribution here. But that's not my problem. It's actually building
them. Has anyone built the tool chain for sh-elf, and then made them
available for download? This is going to be targeted to the dreamcast
platform. Although I'll still need to snag a cd maker, and a few other
items......
