[ECOS] remote gdb debug and disassemble

GDB tries to find the enclosing function so that it has limits for the
disassembly. So, just give GDB what it wants in a different way:

   (gdb) disassemble 0xc0021ad4 0xc0021b00
                                ^^^^^^^^^^ or whatever
