[ECOS] CYGPKG_IO_PCMCIA in pcmcia.c

Hi,

     I tried to add PCMCIA package for an i386 target, but got an error 
""#error Need hardware package for PCMCIA support" 

     I check with pcmcia.c and find the lines:

#if CYGHWR_IO_PCMCIA_DEVICE == 0
#error Need hardware package for PCMCIA support
#endif

    CYGPKG_IO_PCMCIA is never defined. Does this 
mean the hardware package is not ready so adding pcmica 
support will result this error?
