[ECOS] Redboot Baud Rate

Hello All:

Is it possible to change the baud rate for the Redboot serial console?
I am running on an iPAQ H3760, and the baud rate is currently 38400.
If I try to set it to 115200 using "fconfig", the new value is 
accepted, but never honored, even on reset.  What's the deal?
Is it not possible to set the baud rate to 115200?
