[ECOS] Fix: ecosconfig 2.11 Linux +i386 pc target

[NavEcos]

For those that are getting the following unresolved symbols when you
try to link to the eCos library:

setdomainname
cyg_dns_res_init

You can fix this by removing DNS support.  Go to Build->Packages and
remove the DNS package.

I ran into this problem with the following configuration:

ecosconfig 2.11
ecos 2.0
Linux
i386-pc + (net / new_net)

It doesn't happen with ecosconfig 2.03.
