[ECOS] iPAQ/Redboot Can't Detect Socket LPE

Hi all:

I am in the midst of rehabilitating my iPAQ H3760 to rid it of the 
Microsoft pestilence.  I have been able to get the latest download
of "redboot_WinCE.bin" to run from OSLoader, but it will not detect
the network card.  I am using the Compaq dual PCMCIA sleeve, and
I have tried both the Socket LPE (PCMCIA) and Socket LPE CF+
(compact flash).  Both of these cards are detected from WinCE.
Why can't Redboot detect my network card(s)?
