[ECOS] Atmel AT49BV1604 Flash on Atmel AT91EB55 board

We use an AT49LV8011 driver here and kinda works (except bootblock
support) although I don't know how much it differs from the AT49BV1604
(except from product ID).I can mail it to you if you want...
