[ECOS] Thread error with cyg_thread_delay

Hi,
more infos, the sample twothreads.c work fine if I replace the
cyg_thread_delay with an for() loop for replace the delay,
the first cyg_thread_delay(200) work fine, it's only for the following call
to this function that break...
