[ECOS] Port for Samsung S3C44BOX(ARM7TDMI) with fixed flash at resetvector 0x0

Hello all!
I am trying to Port for Samsung S3C44BOX(ARM7TDMI) with fixed flash at
resetvector 0x0 and also the ohter Vectors.
Is there a port or any hints for doing it?
Is it possible or must the vectors be in RAM?
