As you can see from
http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ecos/packages/templates/stubs/?cvsroot=ecos
it is there. You can use that for cut and pasting even.

Perhaps you accidentally set a sticky tag? Try a "cvs update -A".
