[ECOS] tests of packages

   I'd want to know how to integrate my tests in the packages I have
created.

   Is it enough just putting the code under the test subdirectory and
adding in the cdl script an option named "NAME_OF_PACKAGE_TESTS" with
the name of the tests to compile? Is the Makefile prepared to build the
tests with just that?

  By the way. Are the sources of ecosconfig available?
