[ECOS] Feedback requested from cygwin 1.3.3 users

We have hopefully fixed the cygwin 1.3.3 incompatibility issue with the
eCos host tools now. Would anyone care to try it out before we make it
official?

An updated config tool v2 is at
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/ecos/ct2/configtool-2.08-setup.exe and a
zipfile containing an updated config tool v1 and ecosconfig CLUI binaries
is at ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/ecos/anoncvs/ct-update-011025.zip

Feedback to the list please, but let us know one way or the other!
