[ECOS] trouble in loading the file on redboot

hi~
I want to test a ecos program on the redboot,
but I get trouble in loading the file to redboot 
with the serial tunnel.
When I execute the load command,it will be timeout on redboot side.

My evironments : 
        redboot: import ecos_FLOPPY.ecm to build
                 (In fact,I want to import ecos_RAM.ecm but I can't find it.),
                 and boot on i686 pc with the floppy
 	serial protocol:x-modem
	ecos program:Srec format,61k
