[ECOS] Ecos-Socket Error

Hello,
I'm using the latest version of eCos from the CVS.
The Target is synthetic Linux.
eCos has been build properly using gcc 2.95
The error  is:
Socket error: No error
bind error: Can't assign requested address
I've have used
iSocket_Descriptor=socket(PF_INET,SOCK_STREAM,6)
to create the socket.
Please help me find the solution
