[ECOS] Help Needed Please - eCos + ARM compiler

Hi,

My setup: WinNT4 + ServicePack 4. eCos 1.3.1 + latest CygWin.

I am having trouble installing/compiling the ARM compiler software
(ecosSWTools-arm-990321...bz2) so that I can program my ARM evaluator 7TDI
board.

Could anyone who has had any luck installing this software give me a shout,
any help would be greatly appreciated!
