[ECOS] Using config tool for another project

Hi people,

Has anyone tried using config tool for configuring another project apart
from ecos?  Is this even possible?  We would like to try and use config tool
to configure a project with some complex source code.  Config tool seems to
do this really nicely for ecos, however, one major sticking point of our
project is that it uses C++ and Java source files.  Is there any plans for
the future that config tool will be able to process Java source code?
