[ECOS] MIPS IDT RC32355

Colin,

I did a 334 port.  I need to retest it.  I don't know how or who
to put in the eCOS tree.  Also, I did modify the gcc to
use the cache instruction as a MIPS1 level instruction.

I saw some talk of intrest in an IDT port a while back and
