[ECOS] elf to axs?

Hi, i`m working with ecos under win98, I don´t have
gnupru tools, and i need download my programs trought
multi-ice server (arm provided), i use the arm tools,
but the debugger don`t accept the elf format  generate
by ecos.

You know a program that translate the elf format to
axs or elt to any format tath support the arm tools.
